The Division of Care and Treatment Services (DCTS) in the Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) invites you to attend this training that will explore the link between trauma and opioid abuse, including trauma-informed approaches addiction professionals can use to more effectively serve clients.

The objectives of this training includes the following:

  • Learn the correlation between trauma and opioid abuse
  • Gain understanding of trauma-informed opioid abuse prevention and treatment approaches
