The HOPE Consortium was formed in response to the Heroin, Opioid Prevention and Education (HOPE) legislative package introduced in 2013 by Representative John Nygren.

There will be a variety of topics and speakers at this conference. Also, substance abuse counselor continuing education credits will be available. For more information about this conference, please review the HOPE Conference Registration Packet 2018.

Registration is now available to attend the HOPE Consortium Conference. You can register online here or you can download the registration form here and mail it out. The registration fee is $50 per person and is non-refundable.
