You are invited to the 2017 Fall FASD (Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder) Forum sponsored by the WI FASD Coalition and Orchids FASD Services of Wisconsin. The theme of this forum is “Families and Professionals Working Together to Improve Awareness and Services for Children and Adults with FASD”.

The cost of this conference/forum is $60 per attendee and this fee includes 2 meals and a snack. Registrations must be received by October 9th.
