The 2015 FASD matters conference will provide a forum to network, share information, problem solve, and explore FASD across the life span. We will explore issues such as: preconception, targeted prevention programs, assessment and diagnostic services, and supports for individuals, families, and caregivers. We will investigate how prenatal alcohol exposure and FASD intersect with various systems including: education, health care, social services, legal and civil justice, and employment.
Attendees include consumers, service providers in health/mental health, addictions, justice, education, adoption, prevention, child welfare, vocational rehab service providers, occupational therapists, law enforcement, private/ public funders, researchers, and others interested in Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASD).
