Registration and Fees

Fees include conference materials, two breakfasts and lunch on Thursday, breaks and Thursday evening Reception.

Walk in registrations cannot be guaranteed meals or materials. 

Registration Discount  $160 per person for agencies that send 4 or more people to the conference. Please note that registrations must all arrive together. This discount cannot be applied retroactively to individual registrations from the same agency. The registration discount link appears at the top of this page.

Cancellation Fee  Full refunds granted upon receipt of written request received by September 12, 2014. Refunds after September 12, 2014 will be assessed a $25 processing fee. No refunds will be given after September 27, 2014. Substitutions can be made at anytime, but no shows will be responsible for the full conference fee.

Lodging

A block of lodging rooms has been reserved until August 24, 2014 at the single rate of $70. Double occupancy is $129, and triple/quadruple occupancy is $129. Make individual reservations by calling the Kalahari at 608-254-5466 or toll free at 877-253-5466. Please make sure to reference the 18th Annual Crisis Intervention Conference 2014 room block to get the conference rate.
Please note a deposit of one night’s lodging will be assessed at the time the reservation is made.

​Scholarships

Consumer scholarships may be available for the conference. Please check back for the application and instructions when they become available.  The scholarship registration deadline is Friday, August 31, 2014 After that date, applications will be reviewed and scholarships will be awarded.  Online registration does not secure a scholarship.

Scholarship recipients are asked to make their own transportation arrangements to and from the conference. Conference planning members do not make those arrangements. If you are having difficulty arranging transportation, we encourage you to talk to your clubhouse or contact your agency about arranging transportation. You can also post a request to United We Stand Wisconsin (united-we-stand-wi@googlegroups.com) or the Wisconsin Association of Peer Providers (wisconsin-association-of-peer-providers@googlegroups.com). Both public consumer forums won’t arrange rides, but you can post a request and see if anyone answers.

​Continuing Education Units (CEUs)

National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC) CEU Endorsement will be sought for the 2014 Conference.
A CEU certificate will be be provided for registrants to record hours at the conference.

Thursday = 6 contact hours (.6 CEUs)
Friday = 3 contact hours (.3 CEUs)
Entire Conference – 9 contact hours (.9 CEUs)
