Vision Statement

Barron County: Safe youth, stable families, healthy communities.

Mission Statement

The Barron County Safe & Stable Families Coalition builds community partnerships to promte family strength and stability for the development of healthy communities. The coalition's priority is youth substance use prevention.

Regular Meetings

3rd Wednesday of each month, 9-11, at the Barron Government Center Auditorium, 330 E. LaSalle Avenue, Barron, WI 54812.

Funding Sources

Barron County offers a 30% staff position as well as $6000 for projects. In 2009 the Coalition was awarded a Strategic Planning Framework State Incentive Grant and a Drug Free Communities Support Program Grant.
