Mission Statement
Action Alliance, Inc. is a community-based organization whose mission is to enhance the well-being of youth, families and institutions in our community by increasing awareness of alcohol/drug use and abuse issues.Goal and Objectives
Goals 1. Increase awareness of the dangers of abusing alcohol for Langlade County residents, including youth. 2. Create awareness about the negative health consequences of tobacco use. 3. Increase awareness of the dangers and consequences of using illegal drugs and of using and/or abusing prescription drugs and painkillers.Regular Meetings
We meet every second Monday of each month at 12:00 p.m. at the Clara R. McKenna Aquatic Center, Antigo, WI. Lunch is provided.Funding Sources
We receive local funding through the Langlade County Health Department to plan and implement programs related to alcohol, tobacco and drug use and abuse.Activities or Programming
