Mission Statement
To reduce the adverse effects of risky alcohol use in La Crosse County by reducing underage drinking and enabling safer decision-making among those who choose to drink.Goal and Objectives
The overall goal of Changing the Culture of Risky Drinking Behavior: Underage Access is to reduce access to and use of alcohol by youth aged 12-20 in La Crosse County and in doing so to serve as a model for other counties in addressing underage drinking and its consequences.Regular Meetings
Coalition as a whole meets quarterly. Workgroups (underage drinking and harm reduction) meet monthly.Funding Sources
Much of the day-to-day planning work has been done in-kind, but we have received funding in the past for specific activities and rely on this for most of our project work.
